These terms cover your use of mwtdirect.com and the Team MegaWatts recruiting messaging program, both operated by MWT Direct. By applying through this site you agree to them.
What this site is
mwtdirect.com is a recruiting site. Applying does not create an offer of employment or a contract, and nothing here guarantees a role, an income, or any specific earnings. Sales roles described here are paid on performance, and nothing on this site states or implies what you would earn.
Using the site
Give us accurate information about yourself, and do not submit applications on someone else's behalf or use the site to break the law. We may stop contacting an applicant at any time.
SMS messaging program
Program: Team MegaWatts recruiting messages. We send texts about your application, interview scheduling, and the sales opportunity.
How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on the application form at mwtdirect.com and submitting your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of applying or of being hired.
Message frequency: varies. Expect roughly 2 to 8 messages per month while your application is active.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages.
To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one confirmation message.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may not work on all carriers.
How we handle your mobile number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.
Emails
Applying also signs you up for our recruiting emails. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing does not affect your application.
Our content
The text, images, video, and branding on this site belong to MWT Direct or its partners. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, MWT Direct is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the messaging program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
